- Which number do I call for what?
- Two separate lines. For a dine-in table at HITEC City or Jubilee Hills, call 90329 84111. For catering anywhere in Hyderabad (15 to 1,500 plates), call 90329 87111. Both lines also take WhatsApp messages, which is usually the fastest way to reach the right team.
- Can I email instead of calling?
- Yes. General questions, reservations and feedback go to care@bisibisi.in. Catering enquiries go to catering@bisibisi.in - the catering team handles that inbox directly. Both are checked through the day.
- What languages do you speak?
- English and Telugu. The team can take enquiries in either - reservations or catering. Hindi is understood but isn't the language we work in day-to-day.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- WhatsApp on the catering line usually gets a reply the same day. Email enquiries get answered through the day too. Reservation calls get confirmed on the spot.
- Do you do franchise?
- Yes - franchise enquiries are open. Email franchise@bisibisi.in or fill the form at /franchise on this site, and the franchise team will reach back. They'll look at location, capital and operator experience before any commercial discussion.
