The bobbatlu (also called puran poli) live station is one of our signature catering formats. We rotate through 20+ varieties of bobbatlu and purnalu (sweet stuffed flatbreads), prepared on a tawa in front of guests so they land warm with a drizzle of ghee. Common picks: senagappu (chana dal), kobbari (coconut), bellam (jaggery), dry fruits, paalakova, chocolate, and seasonal varieties.
