I recently visited the Jubilee Hills branch of Bisi Bisi, and it was a delightful experience overall. The food was absolutely satisfying, especially if you enjoy authentic South Indian flavors. The dishes were fresh, well-seasoned, and served hot. The thali options are generous and give a nice variety of curries, rice, and accompaniments. The taste felt homely yet rich, making it a perfect place for a relaxed lunch or dinner with family. What truly elevated the experience was the hospitality. Madhu took great care of us throughout the visit. She was attentive, polite, and ensured that everything was served on time. His friendly approach and quick service made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Overall, great food, pleasant ambiance, and excellent service. Definitely a place I would recommend in Jubilee Hills for anyone craving traditional South Indian cuisine. 👍

We recently had lunch at Bisi Bisi, and the experience was genuinely impressive from a food perspective. What truly distinguishes this restaurant is its authentic non-vegetarian thali, which actually lives up to the name. Unlike many places that dilute a “non-veg thali” with vegetarian items, Bisi Bisi serves a thoughtfully curated spread consisting entirely of non-vegetarian curries. This clarity and honesty in the offering immediately sets the restaurant apart. Each dish in the thali was well-prepared, rich in flavor, and satisfying. The gravies were balanced, the meats were cooked perfectly, and the overall quality remained consistent across all items. It was evident that care had gone into both preparation and portioning, making the meal fulfilling without feeling heavy or repetitive. For true non-veg lovers, this place delivers exactly what it promises. Another notable highlight of our visit was the personal involvement of Ramya. She was actively present on the floor, personally serving guests, engaging with customers, addressing questions, and regularly checking in to understand feedback and needs. Her hands-on approach added a warm, personal touch to the dining experience and reflected a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, which is increasingly rare. While the service was slightly on the slower side, it did not overshadow the overall experience, given the quality and authenticity of the food. In summary, Bisi Bisi stands out for its honest non-veg offerings, excellent taste, and personal customer engagement. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic, well-executed non-vegetarian cuisine.

Absolutely loved the Mutton Thali here! The mutton was tender, flavorful, and perfectly spiced felt like a proper South Indian feast. The variety in the thali was generous, each dish tasted fresh, and the service was quick and warm. Clean ambience + great value for money. Will 100% come back.
